cool site: starpolish

Just foundĀ the advice library of starpolish, and it is very good! Lots of information – on copyright, on mailing lists, networking, creative promotional tools. Some of the information is a bit outdated, but there are enough resources that work for me to recommend the site.

cool site: squidoo

So this is not a music-specific site. And I have to admit I am new at it. ButĀ Squidoo is a site that allows you to build lenses – a lens is one person’s view on a topic that matters to him/her. It’s an easy-to-build, single web page that can point to blogs, favorite links, RSS feeds, Flickr photos, Google maps, your eBay auctions, CafePress designs, Amazon books or music. It’s free, it’s quick, and I have a feeling it can be a great tool to learn new things as well as promote your music, your band, or any other creative effort.

I just created my first lens – check it out: great music business blogs.
